Seabrook’s 21-acre campus includes the Seabrook House (clubhouse) and five (5) residential buildings consisting of 206 condominiums. Seabrook's charming community features five residential buildings connected to a clubhouse via raised covered boardwalks. This unique design makes it easy to stay connected and enjoy our amazing amenities, no matter the weather. The Seabrook is the only Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) that offers three housing options: condominium purchase, entry fee contract, and studio rental.
